Being a fond of new dishes, I used to search for new recipes all the time. Humans hobbies are diverse and so are their food habits. You even don’t like the same work all the time. Same is the case with food. While searching for a new recipe, I came to know about a wonderfull dish that has made me go mmmmmmm. Yea, I’m talking about the delicious Buffalo Chicken Pasta. The day since I have came to know about it, I’m eating it on every weekends and sometimes also in between. For a change, I modify the recipe and add one thing or another. One of my favourite recipe for Buffalo Chicken Pasta is given below

Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Pasta

* 6 ounces dry tube pastas
* 2 cups chicken breast cooked well in cubes
* 2 teaspoons hot Buffalo Wing sauce
* 1 teaspoons canola oil
* 2 large cloves garlic grilled
* 1 cup of diced carrots
* 1 onion medium, diced finely
* 1 cup of sodium low chicken broth
* 2 teaspoons flour
* 1 cup diced tomatoes
* 2 teaspoons butter
* 5-10 cheese cubes
* Salts and Pepper according to the taste

How to make it??
Cook the pastas in water over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile heat a pan to medium, add the butter. Add flour when butter gets melted. Stir well. Add milk, stir slowly to avoid any lumps. Add half of grated cheeses and continue to stir till the mixture becomes smooth. Mix the buffalo wing sauce. Taste it and add salt, pepper if required.
Now add pasta and chicken to baking dish, pour cheese sauce over and mix throughly. Sprinkle left grated cheese and bread crumbs. Bake for 15-20 minutes in oven until cheese turn in golden brown. Now remove from oven and garnish with green onions, gorgonzola and cilantro. Drizzle with buffalo wing sauce.
