Servings: 6-8 persons

  • 10 ounces cooked pasta (like Mezze Penne)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s hot Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breasts or chopped rotisserie chicken,
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 cup celery, chopped

How to prepare:

First cook the chicken breasts for above 30minutes on simmer. Meanwhile on other pan, cook pasta as per package directions. After cooking of pasta, drain and rinse it throughout with cold water. While at a time of serving hot, don’t use the cold water.

While chicken is cooking, parallel in a small bowl, combine oil, garlic powder, hot sauce, lemon juice, celery salt and onion powder and stir until all get well combined.

Then place the pasta in large bowl and Stir in chicken, blue cheese, carrots and celery. Slowly mix in desired amount of coiffing.

You can serve it hot or cold whatever you wish. If you are serving cold, keep into refrigerator to chill for approx 45minutes until ready to serve. And If the pasta salad seems dry after being in the refrigerator, add a little olive oil or hot sauce.

Depending on the spice level you like to have, you may had to add more of the Buffalo Wing Sauce or the dressing. You can also add other veggies and can serve it with skinny watermelon smash.
