Chicken Caesar Pasta


• 250g Fusilli pasta
• ½ red onion
• 300g skinless chicken breast, cubed
• 15ml olive oil
• 600ml water
• 1 Knorr bacon and noodle dry
• 300g baby spinach leaves
• 1 Tomato
• 50g grated Parmesan cheese

1. Place crude noodles in a 2 liter ovenproof dish

2. In a substantial skillet, chestnut the onion and chicken in olive oil for 5 min

3. Include 600 ml water, mix in the Knorr bacon noodle dry cook-in-sauce satchet substance and bring to the bubble while mixing

4. Include spinach and pour over the noodles

5. Blend well

6. Sprinkle with tomato and Parmesan cheddar and prepare at 200ºC for 25-30 min

7. Serve hot

Ingredients :
=> 20 gm roquette or romaine lettuce
=> 1 fig
=> 1 pomegranate
=> 5 pieces gooseberries
=> 1 tomatoes
=> 1 avocado
=> 3 pieces walnuts
=> 3 mushrooms
=> 20 gm Parmesan
=> 5 croutons
=> 100 gm grilled chicken

For Dressing
=> 10 ml balsamic vinegar
=> 5 gm garlic
=> 5 gm maille mustard
=> 10 ml olive oil
=> Salt to taste
=> Pepper to taste

Pasta salad with tuna mayonnaise

• 225g (8oz) pasta, such as spirali, penne or shells
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 200g (7oz) tin tuna
• 2 tablespoons capers or 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
• 150ml (1/4pt) mayonnaise
• 1/2 red pepper, finely diced
• 1 (5cm) piece cucumber
• 85g (3oz) tinned sweetcorn
• juice of 1/2 a lemon
• 2 hard boiled eggs, quartered
1. Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of lightly salted boiling water for 10-12 minutes. Drain well in a colander. Place the pasta in a large mixing bowl and toss well with the olive oil.
2. Drain the tuna and use a fork to roughly break it into flakes. Put the tuna into a blender or food processor. Add the lemon juice to taste, capers or wine vinegar, and mayonnaise and blend together until smooth and creamy. Add to the pasta and stir together until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
3. De-seed the pepper and then finely dice. Finely dice the cucumber without removing the skin.
4. Add the pepper, cucumber and sweet corn to the pasta and toss together. Spoon into a serving dish.
5. Remove the shell from the hard-boiled eggs and cut into quarters. Arrange the wedges decoratively over the salad, and then serve.

Tuna Pasta

Servings: 6-8 persons


10 ounces cooked pasta (like Mezze Penne)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Frank’s hot Buffalo Wings Sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 cups cooked chicken breasts or chopped rotisserie chicken,
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 1/2 cups crumbled blue cheese
1 cup celery, chopped

How to prepare:
First cook the chicken breasts for above 30 minutes on simmer. Meanwhile on other pan, cook pasta as per package directions. After cooking of pasta, drain and rinse it throughout with cold water. While at a time of serving hot, don’t use the cold water.

While chicken is cooking, parallely in a small bowl, combine oil, garlic powder, hot sauce, lemon juice, celery salt and onion powder and stir until all get well combined.

Then place the pasta in large bowl and Stir in chicken, blue cheese, carrots and celery. Slowly mix in desired amount of coiffing.

You can serve it hot or cold whatever you wish. If you are serving cold, keep into refrigerator to chill for approx 45 minutes until ready to serve. And If the Tuna pasta salad seems dry after being in the refrigerator, add a little olive oil or hot sauce.
